These calendars are the ultimate in personalization and "target marketing". In addition to the ad copy, they incorporate the calendar user's name into the photograph. Each calendar will be printed with a specific user's name included in the calendar photo or photos.

While not intended to be distributed in large numbers, these calendars will make a huge impression on your "elite" customers. Imagine the recipient's reaction when they see that you care enough about them to give a "gift" with their name incorporate directly into the photography.

HOW IT WORKS:
Simply select the calendar style and prepare your database of individual names to be used. Send your list to the factory to do the "hard part". They will print each individual name within the respective images for the selected calendar.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
User names must be submitted in electronic spreadsheet files such as Excel®. Spreadsheets must be set up with the individual user names in 2 columns. The first column must be titled “First Name”. The second column must be titled “Last Name”. Start a new row for each name to be printed. Submit all names with your order. Tru Art is not responsible for errors in submitted electronic files. Note: The first and/or last name are used depending on each image within the calendar. Not all images use both names.

Each record in your database must have a name in both the First Name and Last Name column. Incomplete databases may be subject to additional charges.
